These Terms of Service govern your use of the ez invoice platform. Please read them carefully before using our service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ez invoice through WhatsApp or our web interface, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
ez invoice is an AI-powered billing assistant accessible via WhatsApp. It enables users to create customers, generate quotations and invoices, apply tax codes, manage bank details, and generate PDF documents through natural language and voice input.
3. Account & Access
Your WhatsApp phone number serves as your account identifier. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your WhatsApp account and for all activities that occur through your number. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use ez invoice only for lawful business purposes. You must not use the service to generate fraudulent invoices, misrepresent business transactions, or violate any applicable tax or financial regulations.
5. Billing & Subscription
Free tier users are limited to 20 invoices per month. Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
6. AI-Generated Content
ez invoice uses AI to process your requests. While we strive for accuracy, you are responsible for reviewing all generated invoices, quotations, and documents before sending them to clients. We are not liable for errors in AI-generated content that you approve and distribute.
7. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all your business data, customer information, and generated documents. ez invoice retains ownership of its software, AI models, and service infrastructure. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service.
8. Limitation of Liability
ez invoice is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost revenue, data loss, or business interruption.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion unless you request immediate deletion.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the UK. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act 1996.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via WhatsApp or email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
